Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St. in Peterborough, is partnering with Monadnock Underground to host a monthly open mic for writers of all ages to share their work. Writers are invited Thursday, July 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Sign-ups begin at 5:30 p.m. and will continue through the open mic hours. Light refreshments will be available.
Monadnock Underground is a community of writers who are publishing work online and in various print publications and anthologies. They have published two literary magazine anthologies, four collections of writings and several books. Their work celebrates the writers of the Monadnock Region and beyond.
