Eighteen-year-old pianist, singer and songwriter, Veronica Lewis will perform Friday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m. in the Eppes Auditorium at The Park Theatre in Jaffrey, 19 Main St.
Her concert is part of the theatre’s 100th anniversary celebration weekend. Lewis’ first album, “You Ain’t Unlucky,” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard, No. 1 on iTunes and No. 1 on Roots Music Report. Additionally, she is nominated for two 2022 Blues Music Awards for Best Emerging Artist and Pinetop Perkins Piano Payer of the Year). American Blues Scene wrote, “Every now and again, a young spitfire artist comes along and changes the game or at least ups the ante. Lewis does both.” American Songwriter called Lewis “one of the most promising torchbearers of American rock ‘n’ roll.”
