Phillip Hockley will present a talk titled “A New View of God and its Effect on Well-being,” Saturday, April 2, at 11 a.m. at Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., and online.

Hockley, who lives in Wales, sustained an injury that was diagnosed as rendering him permanently disabled. A self-described atheist at the time, he began investigating various ways to improve his situation and inadvertently found a talk on Christian Science.

Hockley is now a practitioner of Christian Science healing and an international speaker, and will be explaining his experience via webinar from Wales to people viewing at the library and on Zoom. To register to attend the Zoom webinar online, go to cstalks.org/peterborough-hockley.

The event is free, sponsored by the members of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Peterborough.
