I do not understand why the ConVal school district overwhelmingly voted for all budget increases on the ballot. ConVal’s tuition rate is over $24,000 per student, while New Ipswich and Jaffrey is around $14,000 per student.

I pay $7,000 for my grandson to attend Lawrence Catholic in Massachusetts. My two daughters attended charter schools and the state allocated $7,000 from Littleton, Mass., from the town’s budget. I have little faith in the liberal arts education system. I believe taxpayers have the right to send their children to a school of their choice and their values. I propose a child tax credit to send them to religious, charter, STEM, technical, arts, music, computer science or home school.

Freedom of choice will help the New Hampshire educational school system. Freedom of thought is the answer.
