Peterborough Town Library is partnering with Monadnock Underground to host a monthly open mic for writers of all ages to share their work. Writers are invited to the new community room Thursday, Nov. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. Registration begins at 5 p.m. and will continue through the open mic hours. Light refreshments will be available.
Monadnock Underground is an emergent community of writers who are publishing work online and in various print publications and anthologies. They have published two literary magazine anthologies, four collections of writings and two books. Their work celebrates the writers of the Monadnock Region and beyond.
