Grand Monadnock Rotary Club members and Monadnock Community Hospital staff handed out free masks for the community at the “Mask Up for a Safe Summer” event at South Meadow School in Peterborough on Saturday. The Centers for Disease Control recommend everyone over two years of age wear a cloth face mask to stop the spread of COVID-19, the virus which has killed 134,884 people in the United States as of press time Monday.
