A Hancock man was hospitalized after he drove into a ditch at the base of Dublin Town Cemetery at 1:40 p.m. on Monday.
Frank Cordelle, 76, of Hancock, had been traveling eastbound on Main Street in a Toyota Matrix.
Dublin Fire Chief Tom Vanderbilt said witnesses described him crossing the center line at a low speed. The car traveled along a ditch before coming to a stop in some brush at the base of the cemetery.
“He didn’t seem to know how he got there,” said Police Chief Tim Suokko.
Cordelle appeared uninjured and was able to speak to first responders. He was taken to the hospital for a medical check.
