A Manchester man has been indicted on felony-level drug charges after allegedly possessing drugs in Jaffrey in September.
Adam Shattuck, 50, was indicted on two charges of acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug and a misdemeanor count of control of vehicle.
Indictments say Shattuck knowingly possessed amphetamine and methamphetamine in Jaffrey on Sept. 1. The misdemeanor charge refers to him possessing methamphetamine in his vehicle.
An indictment is a formal accusation against an individual suspected of committing a crime. It is not an indication of guilt or innocence.
