HIGH MOWING

Students at Pine Hill Waldorf School and High Mowing School celebrated the beginning of spring with its May Day festival, complete with dancing around the May Pole and a skit casting out to Queen of Winter. Despite the particularly hazy, even rainy conditions, the annual celebration went ahead. Some activities were moved indoors, but the May Pole tradition was conducted as normal with students and spectators alike braving the cold rain.
