Ward bridges gaps that divide us

To the editor:

I am endorsing Tyler Ward in the Select Board race. I find him to be a thoughtful, intelligent person who cares deeply for our little town.

Tyler is cautious, careful and deliberate. This I see as one of his strong points. These qualities also get him into trouble with those demanding immediate action. Personally, I prefer a well-thought-out approach over a reactionary stand.

I see Tyler as a leader. I see him in attendance at local events, meetingsย and occasionally eating some barbecue in my back yard. He works tirelessly to make Peterborough a good town to live in. He is integrated into all aspects of our community and he has his nose to the pavement. He is aware, approachable, reasonable and present.

We need someone who represents everyone, not just a few. Tyler seems to bridge the gaps that divide us. I believe in full fledged, forward progressโ€ฆ but I also believe we should proceed slowly, taking everyoneโ€™s views into consideration. I believe Tyler is the man for the job.
