Are you interested in going to camp this summer?
If you are a student entering grades 4, 5, 6, or 7 and live in Bennington, you may be able to go to camp for free this summer. The Bennington Conservation Commission is sponsoring two local students to attend the Harris Center for Conservation Education Summer Camps in Hancock.
The Rovers and The Voyagers programs will run the week of July 17- 21. The commission will sponsor two Bennington students who have a love of the outdoors and will benefit from the weeklong programs hosted at the Harris Center.
Students interested in applying may find an application on Bennington’s website, at the Town Hall and at the town’s library during open hours.
Applications are due back by Friday, April 14.
