A Greenville man has been indicted by the Cheshire Superior Court on assault charges.
Ronald G. Bouley, Jr., 32, was recently indicted on charges of second degree assault and simple assault. Bouley allegedly struck a male victim in the face with his hand, causing a left orbital fracture. The alleged incident occurred on Sept. 3 in Jaffrey.
Second degree assault is a class B felony and simple assault is a class A misdemeanor.
An indictment is not an indicator of guilt or innocence, but show that a grand jury found there was enough evidence of a crime to bring the case to trial.
