ConVal students from Andy Bills’ CTE graphic design cass, Mary Goldthwaite-Gagne’s studio art classes, Amanda Bastoni’s CTE photo/video classes, Karrie Mitschmyer’s ceramics art classes and Abraham Ewing’s CTE woodworking class have received awards at the state level.
An exhibition of winning work will be held from Jan. 23 to Feb. 12 and the awards ceremony will be held on Feb. 12 at The Stockbridge Theater at Pinkerton Academy in Derry.
Gold Award winners were Isaac Bacon, Chloe Costello, Emma Henderson, Megan MacLaren, Barrett Norton, Jasmin Reed, Amber Ruston, Felix Smith, Morgan Stacy, Rowan Tyne, Oliver Ward, Ethan Webster and Dominique Wheeler. Gold award winners will continue on to compete at the national level.
Silver Award winners were Isaac Bacon, Mackenzie Burnside, Eliza Fiore, Cameron Ibach, Gwen Jones, Sarah Newell, John Plourde, Andrew Stockwell, Dominique Wheeler and Alison Worcester.
Honorable Mention winners were Nate Brothers, Mackenzie Burnside, Chloe Costello, Emma Henderson, Cameron Ibach, Gwen Jones, Izabella Ketcherside, Maggie Morison, Quinn Potter, Dyan Rochford, Talia Rokes, Jula Roopenian, Amber Ruston, Seth Stoddard, Carly Storro, Dominique Wheeler and Granger Wozmak
