To the editor:
People who have been paying attention to the political process over the past decade are not surprised that the subversives have now captured the Republican flag. Like termites, this colony of baying radicals has been gnawing at the foundations of the Republican ranks, not because people want them, but because people werenโt paying attention. Party leadership has pandered to this group of disruptive do-nothings and now the trap has been sprung and the GOP is in total shambles. The yappers are at the wheel and itโs painfully obvious that they are clueless โ governing is not a word in their vocabulary. They espouse a fervent devotion to the Constitution, but few, if any, have ever read it or even have a minimal grasp as to its place in the bigger picture. Their palette has two colors, black and white, and their demeanor is childish, churlish and chancy. The new leader of these lemmings is a whiner and wheezer who mirrors their deportment as totally unread and uninformed about most everything.
GOP, forget about trying to accommodate and make-nice to this blight on your party. You donโt want them and everyone, but you, knows that you donโt need them.
