Goals came early, often and throughout the night on Tuesday at Sodexo Field, as the Franklin Pierce University women’s soccer team squared off with Saint Rose. Sophomore midfielder Bianca Martins da Silva scored her first two collegiate goals for the Ravens, but it was not enough, as Saint Rose got goals from four different players to post a 4-2 victory in Northeast-10 Conference play.

With the loss, Franklin Pierce falls to 4-3-2 (2-3-2 Northeast-10), while Saint Rose improves to 6-4-0 (3-4-0 Northeast-10).

Casey Cook (4-3-2) finished with three saves against seven shots on goal in net for Franklin Pierce.

The Ravens return to the field on Saturday, when they travel to Bentley for a Northeast-10 contest. Kickoff is set for noon in Waltham, Mass.
