Franklin Pierce women’s golfer Zoe Yamamoto (Honolulu, Hawaii) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Golfer and Rookie of the Week, it was announced Tuesday morning by the league offices. This is the first time this season Yamamoto has swept the NE-10 weekly awards.

Yamamoto was the driving force behind the Ravens’ tournament win at Kutztown this past weekend. She earned her first ever medal and top-five finish as she shot a 154 (+14) through two days. Yamamoto was the leader in par four scoring, averaging 4.46 (+11) as she led total pars with 23.

The Ravens return to the course in two weeks on Sunday, October 17th at Merrimack in New York City.
