A Dublin man accused of having a mobile meth lab in his vehicle will have his trial delayed so that he can seek treatment for a drug addiction.
Jesse E. Dennis, 31, was due to stand trial on Aug. 16, but his trial has been rescheduled to Oct. 18, after Dennisโs attorney, Jeffrey S. Levin, asked for a continuance so Dennis could enroll himself in the Strafford County House of Correctionsโ therapeutic community program.
Dennis was charged with attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of materials to manufacture methamphetamine after being arrested in the Walmart parking lot in Keene on Jan. 13. Dennis allegedly had all the materials in his vehicle to make meth in the โone-potโ method.
