An Antrim woman has been indicted on three counts of possession of methamphetamine.
Jessica Brooks, 31, of Antrim, was indicted by a Hillsborough Superior Court Grand Jury on July 13 for three counts of possession of a controlled drug.
Each of the charges come a different date last yearย โ one on Aug. 25, one on Nov. 12, and one on Nov. 17.ย All three alleged instances of possession occured in Antrim.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt or innocence, but shows that a jury found suficient evidence to forward the case to trial.ย
Possesion of a controlled drug is a class B felony, and each charge is punishable by up to three and a half to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison or a $4,000 fine.ย ย
