On June 28, the Monadnock Rotary Club held its annual “Gavel Night” at the MacDowell Dam State Park. Rob Harris was honored for providing exceptional leadership for the club this past year, while Susan Copley was welcomed as the 2016-2017 president.

Monadnock Rotary is a local service club that meets Tuesday mornings for breakfast and to learn from invited speakers on a wide range of topics and issues. Each year the club sponsors a Health & Wellness Festival and various Youth Leadership events and awards along with providing support for local charities.
