A Farm Fest will be held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Cheshire County on Saturday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The grounds will be filled with antique tractors, 18th century tools, farm vendors, with children’s activities and traditional New England folk music for entertainment.
Inside the public can view more than100 farm-related artifacts in the society’s current exhibit “In a Far Pasture: 300 Years of Agriculture in Cheshire County.” People are invited to participate in a guessing game by bringing in a mystery farm gadget to share. Look at other people’s mystery objects. Listen to their stories and share yours.
Admission is free.
