The Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce is offering nonprofit groups space at the 2016 Big Bang Independence Day Fireworks on July 2.
Nonprofits will need to provide table, chairs, and booth set that can fit into a 10-foot x 10-foot space. They will receive 10 tickets, which must be used for individuals working the event and cannot be split into partial shifts.
This opportunity is provided free to organizations that have nonprofit status.The only requirement is that the organization must provide two individuals to volunteer to the Chamber of Commerce for the duration of the event.
The chamber does not allow nonprofits to sell any items that compete with products being sold by the Chamber of Commerce.
