Litchfield was 4-0 coming into Tuesday’s game against SMS, but the Pumas rallied to win 4-2.
“My kids played great baseball,” said head coach Scott Buffum.
SMS scored three runs via suicide squeeze; Casey Jordan, Colby Knight and Connor Buffum squeezed them in. Liam Elliott went the distance for SMS, pitching seven innings and giving up only one earned run and three hits while striking out three. He also had a RBI single.
