Two Greenville residents have been arrested on multiple counts of possession of child pornography, all class A felonies. 

On April 22, Temple-Greenville police arrested Benjamin Allison, 18, and Robert White, 35, on warrants issued by the N.H. State Police charging them both with possession of child sexual abuse images. The charges stem from an incident on May 15, 2015, according to court documents.

Both men refused bail upon arrest and were arraigned at the 8th Circuit Court, Jaffrey, where they were then released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Allison was charged with eight counts of possession of child porn for knowingly having in his possession six still photographs and two videos – one of which contained three separate video clips – of prepubescent girls performing sex acts. 

As part of Allison’s bail conditions, he is forbidden to have contact with minors under the age of 16 and is not to use the internet.

White was charged with four counts of possession of child sex abuse images, for knowningly having in his possession still photographs of pre-pubescent and pubescent girls in sexual positions either alone or with adult males. 

As part of his bail requirements, White is also forbidden from using the internet or interacting with minors, except as required by his employment under supervision, according to court documents.

Allison and White share a residence in Greenville, and Allison is listed as a dependant of White, according to court documents. 

Allison is scheduled for a probable cause hearing at the 8th Circuit Court on May 12. White’s probable cause hearing was scheduled for Monday at 11 a.m.
