The Grand Monadnock Youth Choirs will present their annual spring concert titled “There is Peace” in two performances.
The Trebles, the Keene Youth Chorus, The Choristers, and the Cecilia Ensemble will present a program of songs to gladden the heart and celebrate life — folk songs, novelty songs, Shaker hymns, and more. The choirs are directed by Maria Belva and Esther Rhoades.
The first performance will take place at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Peterborough on April 30, at 3 p.m.
The second performance will be held in the recital hall at the Keene State College Redfern Arts Center on May 1, at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets can be purchased at Steele’s Stationers, Peterborough, and Toadstool Bookshops, Peterborough and Keene, or at the door.
