In the nine months that Shannon Cotter has been working at the Thrifty Bear, she’s made good use of her sense for fashion.
“My favorite part is probably helping people put together outfits, and putting outfits together for the window,” said Cotter in a recent interview at the consignment shop on Main Street in Jaffrey.
Cotter said she spends a lot of time talking to customers to get a sense of who they are and what they are looking to dress up for.
“I like just getting to know the story behind everyone,” said Cotter. “Some of them tell me half their whole life story. It’s great to see where people are coming from.”
“I feel like I have an eye for it,” said Cotter.
