The Hancock Historical Society will be hosting David Deysher on April 3 at 2 p.m. in the Hancock Meeting House to speak on “Understanding Aged Properties and Preservation Ideas.”
Deysheris, the owner of Historic and Distinctive Properties, will discuss preservation and restoration planning, old house management, research and writing house histories and preservation advocacy.
Hancock is immersed with older homes, barns and properties, many of which have transcended the effects of time. Some fared well and others not as well.
