Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains will hold a weeklong campette Aug. 1 to 5 at at the Edward MacDowell Reservoir  in Peterborough from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.

A campette is a free day-camp-like week of activities for five half-days, designed for girls in kindergarten through fifth grade. Girls in the Peterborough area will focus on STEM experiments, outdoor art projects, making new friends and other Girl Scout activities. Girls new to Girl Scouting and current Girl Scouts are welcome. Participants should bring their own water, snack and sunscreen, and wear clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor play. There will be no swimming.
