Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St. will host an AARP Smart Driver course Thursday, June 16, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an hour lunch break.
The course teaches defensive-driving strategies and provides a refresher of the rules of the road. Local resident and AARP volunteer Lee DeBell will teach the course. The course has also been recently updated with new content, so participants will have the most up-to-date information for the state. Attendees may qualify for a multi-year automobile insurance discount by completing the course; check with one’s auto insurance agent for details.
