Francestown received four bids for the South New Boston Road bridge replacement project, which is expected to be completed by Nov. 25 this year, Town Administrator Jamie Pike said. The bids were opened by a select board member on Monday and ranged from $888,189 to $1,305,633. The Select Board will select a contractor after an engineer vets the plans, Pike said.
The bridge spans the south branch of the Piscataquog River between the 2nd NH Turnpike South and Avery Road.
