There will be an opening reception for an exhibit titled “The Natural World in Relief: Carvings by William J. Schnute” at the Fruitlands Museum on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.

The exhibit features the high-relief wood carvings of William Schnute of Oak Leaves Studio in Wilton.

The museum is located in Harvard, Massachusetts, and the exhibit will be on display through June 19.
