Cryinโ Caleb, a one-man band known for his raw, theatrical performances, will appear at The Listening Room in Wilton on Saturday, April 11.
A singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Caleb blends distorted guitar, pounding drums and soulful ballads into a sound that has been compared to The Cramps, Tom Waits and Screaminโ Jay Hawkins. His songs explore themes of loneliness, regret, love and existential dread with equal parts grit and emotion.

The show begins at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 7. Reserved seats are $15 and available at prayersofnature.com/events.
Hosted by The Listening Room at Prayers of Nature Studio, the performance will feature songs from Calebโs newest album along with original material written over the past decade.
The Listening Room, located at 33 Howard St. in the Riverview Mill, is dedicated to showcasing original music in an intimate setting that encourages both performance and conversation.
Upcoming shows include Dan Blakeslee on May 30 and Katie Dobbins with Tyler Allgood on May 31.
