Willa Coroka will present โ€œFoodscaping 101โ€ at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at Francestown Town Hall, hosted by the George Holmes Bixby Memorial Library.

Coroka will discuss ways to incorporate edible crops into existing or future gardens, including pairing vegetables, fruits and ornamentals in the same landscape. The program will cover approaches to making yards both visually appealing and productive.

Coroka earned a masterโ€™s degree in environmental studies after seasonal jobs that took her from Chile to Spain and other locations. She is founder of The Magpieโ€™s Apprentice, a learning platform offering eco-centered lectures, presentations and workshops.
