Good investment, bodycams for Rindge.
I recently read on the Rindge Police Department Facebook page about vandals with spray paint attacking our street signs. Some responded that we, the people of Rindge, should pay with tax dollars for police surveillance of street signs by trailcams. If we purchase police surveillance cams with tax dollars, it should be in the form of bodycams worn by all on-duty Rindge police. Then we can know and verify that Rindge police and our tax dollars are doing good work.
Chief, about your recent Facebook survey asking “Do You Feel Safe” in Rindge with 24/7 paid police? My answer: No. It’s nothing about vandals, youths, burglary or violence, though. I don’t feel safe with police disrespecting good people. In memory of Renee Good, by all accounts a good person. Seen killed, videoed by the killer’s personal phone, for her use of everyone’s freedom of speech, everyone’s freedom to protest. But if you’re faithful to the president, if you are one of his “true” patriots, I guess you might say Renee was a no-good neighbor, a no-good (violent weaponizing reckless car) “agitator,” so you just have to expect these killings, right? Like Charlie, right? But both killings were very wrong, right? See something, do something, say something. Say the name. Be the name. Good. Please. Thank you.
