The Wilton Community Center will host Common Man for Ukraine, a New Hampshire-based nonprofit, for a public presentation on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the center, 21 Gregg St.
Members of the organization who recently returned from their latest trip to Ukraine will share their experiences from the country, discuss the work they are doing, and outline preparations for their next visit.
Lisa Mure and her team recently traveled to the northeastern front of Ukraine, where they delivered food, medicine, clothing, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and toys, while offering comfort and support to widows and families affected by the war.
