A group of neighbors fighting approvals to a tea party business in the Village District of New Ipswich has filed an appeal with the state Supreme Court against decisions of the state Housing Appeals Board for rulings made last month.

The Mascenic School Board has begun preparing for a second year in a row under a default budget, after voters defeated the proposed budget at the polls on March 11.
Mascenic’s cheer team won the Division 3 Spirit State Championship Thursday, March 13, at Pinkerton Academy.
A team from Rindge made up of players from Jaffrey, Rindge and New Ipswich recently won the fifth- and sixth-grade Division 2 championship of the Manchester Suburban League, beating Derry 54-32 in the final.

The New Ipswich Library was founded in the late 1800s under the leadership of Caroline F. Barr, along with the women of New Ipswich who took it upon themselves to raise the funds needed to build a public library.
I urge all New Ipswich voters to reject Article 2, the zonign ordinance amendment regarding cluster subdivisions.

Voters in New Ipswich heard from candidates Tuesday about their visions for the town’s governance and schools during a forum in the Mascenic Regional High School auditorium.
Girls in kindergarten through fifth grade and their caregivers are invited to explore Girl Scouts on Monday, March 3, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Highbridge Hill Elementary School, 171 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich.
The Peterborough Renewable Energy Project website states: “In May 2021, a 74% majority of voters passed a warrant article committing the Town of Peterborough to a goal of using 100% renewable energy for electricity by 2030 and for all other purposes, primarily transportation and heating and cooling, by 2050.”
