The ConVal boys’ Alpine ski team had a strong showing on its home course Monday, taking third place at the NHIAA Division II championships at Crotched Mountain in Bennington.

ConVal Superintendent Ann Forrest will present a 2025-2026 operating budget of approximately $59 million at the district’s deliberative session Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. at the SAU conference room behind South Meadow School.

Forrest, who has been with the district for 16 years and served as interim superintendent since the departure of Kimberly Rizzo Saunders, was hired permanently by the ConVal School Board this month.
