Hancock Town Library presents Hostovsky event

Hancock Town Library, 25 Main St., will present “An Evening of Poetry & Pie with Paul Hostovsky” Thursday, May 23, at 7 p.m.

Hostovsky is the author of numerous books of poetry, most recently “Pitching for the Apostates.” His poems have won a Pushcart Prize and he has been featured on Poetry Daily, Verse Daily and 25 times on The Writer's Almanac. He makes his living in Boston as a sign-language interpreter at the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. The event is free and open to all.
