Stepping Stones Farm & Retreat Center, 19 Putnam Road in Temple, will host a 270th birthday celebration open house Saturday, Sept. 29, from 2 to 4:30 p.m.

The free event will include demonstrations and presentations around the farm throughout the afternoon.
