Peterborough Town Library presents meditation class

Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., will host a free “Monthly Meditation” class series on Wednesdays, April 23, May 21 and June 18, all at 11 a.m.

Led by AbhaiRaj, the sessions will include light movement, breathing exercises and group meditation using the “hongsau” technique taught by ParamhansaYogananda. Raj, who has practiced and taught meditation for more than 20 years, will guide participants through techniques aimed at calming the mind and promoting mental clarity.

The classes are open to all ages and experience levels. Parking is limited; attendees are encouraged to use the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
