Body of Warner man found in Pool Pond in Rindge

The body of a Warner man was found in Pool Pond in Rindge Saturday evening, according to the New Hampshire State Police.

According to a press release issued by the Division of State Police Marine Patrol, Benjamin Dabuliewicz, 38, of Warner, was reported missing, and believed to be in Pool Pond in Rindge. Multiple agencies, including the New Hampshire State Police Marine Patrol, New Hampshire Fish and Game, the Rindge Police Department, the Rindge Fire and Rescue Department, the Jaffrey Fire and Rescue Department, the Winchendon Dive Team and the New Hampshire Water Rescue Task Force responded to begin a search.

An investigation revealed Dabuliewicz’s dog had been found swimming in the water, with no one around. The dog was brought to shore. Shortly after his dog was found, a family member of Dabuliewicz’s attempted to contact him, but was unsuccessful, according to the release. At that point, police were contacted.

Dabuliewicz’s personal belongings were found on a nearby beach.

Dabuliewicz was found at approximately 5:30 p.m., approximately 300 feet from the shoreline. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
