The juvenile operator of a Jeep that overturned on Route 31 in Greenfield Thursday evening was transported to Monadnock Community Hospital for evaluation of minor injuries sustained during the crash, according to the Antrim Police Department, who initially responded to the incident.

Bennington Fire & Rescue and Antrim Fire & Ambulance also responded, and the road was reduced to one lane so Mike’s Towing and Recovery could recover the overturned vehicle.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m., and only a single vehicle was involved. The juvenile operator was the only one in the car and was extracted safely without incident. The operator was not seriously injured. The affected area of Route 31 was reopened Friday morning.
