The Monadnock Center for History and Culture in Peterborough is launching "Found!," a new exhibition exploring items discovered in attics, walls and outdoor settings around the Monadnock region. The exhibit will feature an array of items, including an antique coin, tools, bottles, a quilt and an 18th-century pistol found on Main Street which tells a tragic story from the 1790s.

Residents who have unearthed interesting items are encouraged to contact the center to discuss potential exhibit contributions. Items of special interest include shoes or clothing concealed in building walls. Newspapers are not eligible.

The exhibit will be held at the Monadnock Center, 19 Grove St., Peterborough. For information, contact Michelle Stahl at 603-924-3235 or director@monadnockcenter.org.
