Peterborough Public Library is open until 6 p.m. with a new exhibit, “Local Colors - Landscapes of the Monadnock Region,” featuring oil paintings by Alicia Drakiotes.
At 6 p.m. at The Mariposa, Peterborough Players director, actor and fight coordinator Aliah Whitmore will describe how to create, rehearse and execute the perfect punch, a fall and a kick without hurting oneself or others. She uses her own examples on screen and recent work on stage to highlight the skills and tools used to sell the ferocity while making sure that all involved are safe, secure and confident.
