Blues on the Range Festival is Aug. 5 in Mason

Granite State Blues Society will hold its third annual Blues on the Range Festival, a fundraiser for the Webster House in Manchester, Saturday. Aug. 5, at Marty's Driving Range, 96 Old Turnpike Road in Mason.

Gates open at noon, and live music will be from 12:30 to approximately 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free.

Blues on the Range is a rain-or-shine event. Attendees can bring chairs and blankets. Pop-ups are allowed at the edge of the field. No outside food or drink is allowed, but each patron may bring one unopened bottle of water. 

This year's lineup includes local musician Willie J. Laws featuring Roberto Morbioli, Misty Blues, Downtown Dave and the Deep Pockets and the 2022 Granite State Blues Challenge winners, Erin Harpe CBD and Frankie Boy and the Blues Express. 

The event will also include raffles, and Granite State Blues Society memberships will be available for an annual fee of $25. There will also be children's activities and vendors. 

The Granite State Blues Society is a group of music-loving individuals from New Hampshire who use their love of music to promote events that will raise funds for children's charities. The Granite State Blues Society is an affiliate member of The Blues Foundation, and  promotes local shows and the blues through a blues education program.
